The first apartments completed in mid-2016. The final apartments will complete towards the end of 2016, which will also culminate in the opening of the development’s 43rd floor ‘Sky Lounge’. For the use of Charrington Tower residents only, the lounge offers a 360-degree view of London and a terrace.

Residents also become members of NPW Athletic, the development’s leisure club, which includes the Hydrocentre - sauna, steam room, hydropool, kids pool, 25m lap pool, experience showers and relaxation areas – and an extensive gymnasium. Without stating the obvious, yes, of course there’s a 24/7 concierge too… and a business centre.

Why would I want to live in Charrington Tower?

The on-site facilities are great, the internal specification is spot-on, many apartments benefit from some pretty outstanding views and with all that considered, you do get a lot for your money.

But.

We like Charrington Tower because, whilst its close enough to walk to Canary Wharf, you’re far enough away to get to know what else E14 has to offer. Trinity Buoy Wharf. Poplar Marina Dock. A bird conservatory. A walk along the Thames. Oh, and an outlet for Majestic Wines about 2 minutes walk away!

And something else too.

We think it looks pretty darn cool. Why should buildings be square?
