Lincoln Plaza is a welcome addition to the area and represents a definite step up in quality from the developer’s other Canary Wharf properties. Whilst opinions on the development’s exterior architecture are divided, we think that its ‘Lego’ look at least gives it an identity.

On-site facilities at Lincoln Plaza are very good and comprise a state of the art Health & Fitness centre, including spa, pool and gymnasium, a 24-hour concierge, business lounge, private cinema and a four-storey winter garden lounge located on the 22nd floor of Talisman Tower which offers seriously impressive views of the surrounding area (see image below).

Why would I want to live in Lincoln Plaza?

It’s very much a “move in and live” development with everything you need for modern life either within the development itself, or just a few minutes’ walk away. We like the dark wood floors, which give quite a warm feel, in contrast to the lighter interior schemes seen elsewhere. And. As is becoming increasingly common these days. The views on offer from the upper floor apartments are great. We visited a 28th floor west-facing apartment the other day and London was just laid out in front of us. The City? Yup. The London Eye? Yup. The Thames? Yup.
